{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-703","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63N-24-703","heading":"Navajo Revitalization Fund.","body":"(1)\n(a) There is created an expendable special revenue fund called the \"Navajo Revitalization Fund.\"\n(b) The revitalization fund shall consist of:\n(i) money deposited to the revitalization fund under this part;\n(ii) money deposited to the revitalization fund under Section 59-5-119; and\n(iii) any loan repayment or interest on a loan issued under this part.\n(2)\n(a) The revitalization fund shall earn interest.\n(b) The interest earned on revitalization fund money shall be deposited into the fund.\n(3) Beginning for fiscal year 2010-11, the division may use revitalization fund money for the administration of the revitalization fund, not to exceed 4% of the annual receipts to the revitalization fund.\n(4) The fund:\n(a) consists of state severance tax money to be spent at the discretion of the state; and\n(b) does not constitute a trust fund.","path":["Title 63N Economic Opportunity Act","Chapter 63N-24 Division Of Housing And Community Development","Part 63N-24-7 Navajo Revitalization Fund"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63N/Chapter24/63N-24-S703.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"773487a1e4a0319fcdbf8be5da40736dbe579e133aa83bac627e5c55e2875874","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-702","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
