{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63o-2-201","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63O-2-201","heading":"State Capitol Preservation Board -- Creation -- Membership.","body":"(1) There is created the State Capitol Preservation Board.\n(2) The board shall consist of the following 11 members:\n(a) the governor, or the lieutenant governor acting as the governor's designee;\n(b) the president of the Senate or the president's designee, who shall be a member of the Senate;\n(c) the speaker of the House of Representatives or the speaker's designee, who shall be a member of the House of Representatives;\n(d) the state treasurer;\n(e) the state attorney general;\n(f) two members of the Senate appointed by the president of the Senate, one from the majority party and one from the minority party;\n(g) two members of the House of Representatives appointed by the speaker of the House of Representatives, one from the majority party and one from the minority party;\n(h) the chief justice of the Supreme Court or the chief justice's designee, who shall be a member of the Supreme Court; and\n(i) the state historic preservation officer.","path":["Title 63O Capitol Hill","Chapter 63O-2 State Capitol Preservation Board","Part 63O-2-2 State Capitol Preservation Board - Creation, Membership, and Terms"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63O/Chapter2/63O-2-S201.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"a25ffb318968da6326e31704ece9b606cbbb0a3e7c9d9d8ca890557ef7da5a6f","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63o-2-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63o-2-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
