{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-64-13h-102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 64-13h-102","heading":"Creation of Rehabilitation and Reentry Services Special Revenue Fund.","body":"(1) There is created a special revenue fund known as the Rehabilitation and Reentry Services Special Revenue Fund.\n(2) The fund includes:\n(a) private donations, grants, gifts, bequests, or money made available from any other source to implement this section and Section 64-13h-103; and\n(b) any interest earned on the fund.\n(3) The department shall administer the fund for the purposes described in Section 64-13h-103.\n(4) Upon appropriation by the Legislature, the department shall use money in the fund as described in Section 64-13h-103.","path":["Title 64 State Institutions","Chapter 64-13h Rehabilitation and Reentry Services"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title64/Chapter13h/64-13h-S102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"2bcd575ba00becc6515b0cc37b3b4293f41e9cdb9581329cc9867e7abbaa9721","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-64-13h-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-64-13h-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
