{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-72-10-703","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 72-10-703","heading":"Advanced air mobility toolkit.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"political subdivision\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-10-401.\n(2) On or before July 1, 2026, the department shall:\n(a) develop a toolkit for a political subdivision to address advanced air mobility, including:\n(i) model ordinances governing advanced air mobility;\n(ii) best practices; and\n(iii) available resources that can assist the political subdivision in developing and implementing advanced air mobility policy;\n(b) regularly maintain and update the toolkit; and\n(c) make the toolkit publicly available on the department's website.\n(3) The department may not require a political subdivision to adopt or implement any portion of the advanced air mobility toolkit.","path":["Title 72 Transportation Code","Chapter 72-10 Aeronautics and Space Act","Part 72-10-7 Unmanned Aircraft -- Drones"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title72/Chapter10/72-10-S703.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"f92a63e1ad73d3e900c5397e5369caea14fdf2300dbd6f62a6b0e9a4b55480a5","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-72-10-702","next":"us-ut/utah-code-72-10-801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
