{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-136","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 72-2-136","heading":"Convention Center Reserves Restricted Account.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"convention center\" means a convention center owned by a county of the first class within a city of the first class.\n(2) There is created within the Transportation Fund a restricted account known as the \"Convention Center Reserves Restricted Account.\"\n(3) The account consists of:\n(a) revenue transferred to the account in accordance with Subsection 72-2-124(4)(d); and\n(b) amounts appropriated by the Legislature.\n(4) Subject to appropriation, money in the account may be used:\n(a) for revitalization of a convention center and surrounding revitalization projects related to the convention center; or\n(b) for securing the issuance of the debt of a county of the first class for a convention center in an amount that does not exceed $1,600,000,000.","path":["Title 72 Transportation Code","Chapter 72-2 Transportation Finances Act","Part 72-2-1 Transportation Fund and Highway Finances"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title72/Chapter2/72-2-S136.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"d2b5ab8799e6aece8419331b0e8380f2368a61d40f34051bd4881ee6b9b1d447","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-135","next":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
