{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-306","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 72-2-306","heading":"Distribution of funds after repayment.","body":"(1) Any money deposited into the fund from repayment of a loan or interest issued under this part shall be distributed as described in this section.\n(2) As the department receives repayment of a loan and interest issued under this part, the department shall distribute:\n(a) 95% of the money to Sandy, for a bridge connecting a commuter rail station on the west side of I-15 with property owned by Sandy City at approximately 10240 South Monroe Street on the east side of I-15; and\n(b) 5% to the department for improvements to 12600 South in Riverton to facilitate a jurisdictional transfer of the road from Riverton to the state.","path":["Title 72 Transportation Code","Chapter 72-2 Transportation Finances Act","Part 72-2-3 County of the First Class Infrastructure Bank Fund"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title72/Chapter2/72-2-S306.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"5356b22c91b70d43de6cfa82100640a294c5e1056ec878e23f5254b1a17bc861","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-305","next":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
