{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-404","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 72-2-404","heading":"Reporting.","body":"(1) At least annually, a recipient of a grant under this part shall provide a report to the department and the relevant public transit district.\n(2) The report described in Subsection (1) shall include:\n(a) the amount of money provided through the grant;\n(b) an accounting of how the grant money has been utilized;\n(c) the type of services provided;\n(d) coordination with existing public transit services;\n(e) ridership data relevant to the innovative public transit service, including:\n(i) the number of riders; and\n(ii) whether the ridership or targeted objectives match projections; and\n(f) other information as determined by the grant recipient.\n(3) The department shall consolidate the reports the department receives under Subsection (1) and, on or before November 1 of each year, provide the consolidated reports to the Transportation Interim Committee.\n(4) The department and the commission are not responsible for providing performance measures or ensuring proper use of grant funds.","path":["Title 72 Transportation Code","Chapter 72-2 Transportation Finances Act","Part 72-2-4 Public Transit Innovation Grants"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title72/Chapter2/72-2-S404.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"0faecd9aecbf04c32fd25d7615337bf8ffbc3d4aa5a6414182389bfcac8a29fa","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-403","next":"us-ut/utah-code-72-2-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
