{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10c-11","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-10c-11","heading":"Actions related to coordination of growth and conservation planning.","body":"(1)\n(a) The council shall identify how different agencies may work together to assist the following in coordinating growth and conservation planning related to water:\n(i) municipalities, as defined in Section 10-1-104;\n(ii) counties;\n(iii) water conservancy districts, as defined in Section 17B-1-102; and\n(iv) public water systems, as defined in Section 19-4-102.\n(b) To comply with Subsection (1)(a), the council shall consider Sections 10-20-404, 17-79-403, 19-4-114, and 73-10-32.\n(2) The council shall identify incentives that are most effective to help the entities described in Subsection (1) to, where feasible:\n(a) develop and implement conservation plans; and\n(b) regionalize water systems.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-10c Water Development Coordinating Council"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter10c/73-10c-S11.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"f1a8a10cde45ab50c14315b257bfafa37d8acc2e7de3189686828226be74977c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10c-10","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10d-1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
