{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-10g-102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the Board of Water Resources.\n(2) \"Division\" means the Division of Water Resources.\n(3) \"Restricted account\" means the Water Infrastructure Restricted Account created in Section 73-10g-103.\n(4) \"Water Infrastructure Fund\" means the enterprise fund created in Section 73-10g-107.\n(5) \"Water infrastructure project\" means:\n(a) the following for the supply, control, measurement, treatment, distribution, storage, or transport of water:\n(i) planning;\n(ii) design;\n(iii) construction;\n(iv) reconstruction;\n(v) improvement;\n(vi) renovation;\n(vii) acquisition; or\n(viii) seismic upgrade; or\n(b) a project to engage in planning consistent with Part 6, Planning and Prioritization.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-10g Water Infrastructure and Long-term Planning","Part 73-10g-1 Funding"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter10g/73-10g-S102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"b58e6fb070ee5267e93e6f073eab0ca1ac221c4eaeb7ca8f5bad3eefd3867da4","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10f-2","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
