{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-103","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-10g-103","heading":"Creation of the Water Infrastructure Restricted Account.","body":"(1)\n(a) There is created a restricted account in the General Fund known as the \"Water Infrastructure Restricted Account.\"\n(b) The restricted account shall earn interest.\n(2) The restricted account consists of money generated from the following sources:\n(a) voluntary contributions made to the division for the construction, operation, or maintenance of state water projects;\n(b) appropriations made to the restricted account by the Legislature;\n(c) interest earned on the restricted account; and\n(d) money transferred to the restricted account under Section 73-10-25.\n(3) Subject to appropriation, the division and the board shall manage the restricted account created in Subsection (1) in accordance with this chapter.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-10g Water Infrastructure and Long-term Planning","Part 73-10g-1 Funding"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter10g/73-10g-S103.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"0c9f173930ca826134724fb45da207fe8d4f97f941817a61fdd9c61ed5e34aef","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-102","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
