{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-308","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-10g-308","heading":"Conditions applicable to all watershed councils.","body":"(1) A council:\n(a) is a public body as defined in Section 52-4-103 and shall comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act; and\n(b) shall comply with Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act.\n(2) A member of a council may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with:\n(a) Section 63A-3-106;\n(b) Section 63A-3-107; and\n(c) rules made by the Division of Finance pursuant to Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.\n(3) Creation of the state council or a local council does not:\n(a) supersede, usurp, or replace any other watershed oriented organization within the relevant watershed unless otherwise agreed upon by the watershed oriented organization; or\n(b) create a stakeholder for purposes of compliance with any state or federal law, including the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C.
