{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-502","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-10g-502","heading":"Capital asset management for a water conservancy district.","body":"(1) As a condition of receiving state or federal financing or grants to be used for an improvement to a capital asset related to water infrastructure, the governing body of a water conservancy district shall commit to adopt a capital asset management plan.\n(2) The Board of Water Resources shall make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to establish the elements of a capital asset management plan required under Subsection (1) for a water provider that is a water conservancy district.\n(3) A qualified water conservancy district, as defined in Section 17B-2a-1010, is not subject to this section but shall comply with Section 17B-2a-1010.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-10g Water Infrastructure and Long-term Planning","Part 73-10g-5 Capital Assets for Water"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter10g/73-10g-S502.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"e49115aa92a16e5279646f46fa3dad36c761d1795b55891e7ac292d245ac2d95","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-501","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-10g-502.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
