{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-28-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-28-105","heading":"Project Management Committee created.","body":"(1) There is created a Project Management Committee within the division.\n(2)\n(a) The committee shall be comprised of one representative appointed by:\n(i) the division director;\n(ii) the board; and\n(iii) each of the participating districts.\n(b) The division representative is the chair of the committee.\n(3)\n(a) The members shall serve a four-year term.\n(b) When a vacancy occurs in the membership for any reason, the replacement shall be appointed for the unexpired term in the same manner as the vacated member was appointed.\n(4)\n(a) A majority of the members of the committee constitute a quorum of the committee.\n(b) The action of a majority of a quorum constitutes the action of the committee.\n(5) The committee shall:\n(a) consult with the board on a regular basis concerning:\n(i) the development and construction of the project;\n(ii) the operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the project; and\n(iii) the prices of developed water and electricity; and\n(b) approve all expenditures from the fund created in Section 73-28-404.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-28 Lake Powell Pipeline Development Act","Part 73-28-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter28/73-28-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"c1f4d343e16667a9e4b693472be202e3f9cb32c59dbe77cc92f904c4c3631a5d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-28-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-28-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
