{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-31-107","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-31-107","heading":"Fees.","body":"(1) The board may charge fees, set pursuant to Section 63J-1-504, to cover the costs of processing and administering:\n(a) a statutory water bank application; or\n(b) a contract water bank application.\n(2) The board shall charge a uniform fee for a statutory water bank application and a uniform fee for a contract water bank application.\n(3) The board may charge a different fee for a statutory water bank application than is charged for a contract water bank application.\n(4) Fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the General Fund as a dedicated credit to be used by the board to implement this chapter.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-31 Water Banking Act","Part 73-31-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter31/73-31-S107.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"62f40d90f556fb8fd98ed34dc771c85468f198216f56c6cdfb7b5b5fb5678bec","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-31-106","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-31-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
