{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-73-32-101","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 73-32-101","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) \"Account\" means the Great Salt Lake Account created in Section 73-32-304.\n(2) \"Agricultural water\" means water placed to beneficial use on land in agricultural use as defined under Section 59-2-502.\n(3) \"Commissioner\" means the Great Salt Lake commissioner appointed under Section 73-32-201.\n(4) \"Council\" means the Great Salt Lake Advisory Council created in Section 73-32-302.\n(5) \"Department\" means the Department of Natural Resources.\n(6) \"Executive director\" means the executive director of the department.\n(7) \"Office\" means the Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner created in Section 73-32-301.\n(8) \"State agency\" means a department, division, board, council, committee, institution, office, bureau, or other similar administrative unit of the executive branch of state government.\n(9) \"Strategic plan\" means the plan prepared by the commissioner under Sections 73-32-202 and 73-32-204.","path":["Title 73 Water and Irrigation","Chapter 73-32 Great Salt Lake Commissioner Act","Part 73-32-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title73/Chapter32/73-32-S101.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"e4cffc03044e75c0b9af7480811e4024410b2e4427a0ca4075a721fd59f70615","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-73-31-601","next":"us-ut/utah-code-73-32-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
