{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-75-5-415","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 75-5-415","heading":"Death, resignation, or removal of conservator.","body":"(1) The court may remove a conservator for good cause, upon notice and hearing, or accept the resignation of a conservator. After the death, resignation, or removal of a conservator, the court may appoint another conservator. A conservator so appointed succeeds to the title and powers of the preceding conservator.\n(2) Before removing a conservator, accepting the resignation of a conservator, or ordering that a protected person's incapacity has terminated, the court shall follow the same procedures to safeguard the rights of the protected person as apply to a petition for appointment of a conservator as provided in Section 75-5-407.
