{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-75e-11-303","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 75E-11-303","heading":"Designation of program assistants.","body":"(1) The department may designate as a program assistant, an individual that:\n(a)\n(i) is an employee of the commission or a state or local government entity; or\n(ii) is a volunteer for an organization that provides counseling, assistance, or support services at no charge to victims; and\n(b)\n(i) provides counseling, referrals, or other services to victims; and\n(ii) completes any training or registration process required by the department.\n(2) A program assistant shall:\n(a) assist an applicant in preparing an application for the program; and\n(b) sign, date, and verify an application for the program.\n(3) A signature of a program assistant is a recommendation by the program assistant that the applicant is eligible to participate in the program under Section 75E-11-302.","path":["Title 75E Criminal and Juvenile Justice Administration","Chapter 75E-11 Safe At Home Program","Part 75E-11-3 Program Administration"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title75E/Chapter11/75E-11-S303.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"5f54901279a580498a202f644c37520026dd5558e4ff3d1613eda2faf8e33fca","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-75e-11-302","next":"us-ut/utah-code-75e-11-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
