{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-75e-8-205","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 75E-8-205","heading":"Annual reporting requirement to Legislature.","body":"(1) Before November 1 of each year, the commission shall report to the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Interim Committee, and the Judiciary Interim Committee on:\n(a) the number of complaints received;\n(b) the general nature of the complaints;\n(c) the number of complaints dismissed without an investigation;\n(d) the number of complaints investigated;\n(e) the general findings and outcomes of investigations; and\n(f) the name of any prosecuting agency that refused, without reasonable cause, to cooperate in an investigation by the commission.\n(2) The commission may not include any personal identifying information regarding a prosecuting attorney in a report described in Subsection (1).","path":["Title 75E Criminal and Juvenile Justice Administration","Chapter 75E-8 Prosecutor Conduct Commission","Part 75E-8-2 Commission Responsibilities"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title75E/Chapter8/75E-8-S205.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"9ba23ce898ca1b269f79eb0493b08d84f27bbacacd2107f29b6a79ce91739bb2","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-75e-8-204","next":"us-ut/utah-code-75e-9-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
