{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-76-5c-210","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 76-5c-210","heading":"Distributing or purchasing a child sex doll.","body":"(1)\n(a) As used in this section:\n(i) \"Child sex doll\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5c-209.\n(ii) \"Distribute\" means to sell, or with or without consideration, offer to sell, advertise, provide, ship, deliver for shipment, offer to deliver for shipment, or transfer.\n(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-5c-101, and 76-5c-201 apply to this section.\n(2) An actor commits distributing or purchasing a child sex doll if the actor knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly distributes, purchases, or offers to purchase a child sex doll.\n(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a third degree felony, with a mandatory fine of not less than $10,000.","path":["Title 76 Criminal Offenses","Chapter 76-5c Pornographic and Harmful Materials and Performances","Part 76-5c-2 General Offenses"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title76/Chapter5c/76-5c-S210.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"8af62943116eb42b640848df0f1dfbaaafa039ef068362d93cb7df450e53288e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-76-5c-209","next":"us-ut/utah-code-76-5c-211"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
