{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-77-28c-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 77-28c-105","heading":"Compact for Adult Offender Supervision Restricted Account.","body":"(1) There is created within the General Fund, a restricted account known as the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision Restricted Account.\n(2) Money in the account shall consist of the compact application fee collected by the department for a transfer of supervision under the provisions of Subsection 77-28c-104(3).\n(3) Upon appropriation by the Legislature, money in the account shall be used:\n(a) to cover costs incurred in the collection of the fee; and\n(b) for the administration of the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision, including the payment of the annual assessment levied under Subsection 77-28c-103, Article X(b).","path":["Title 77 Criminal Procedure","Chapter 77-28c Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision","Part 77-28c-1 Purpose and Functions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title77/Chapter28c/77-28c-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"b742f993a55e5418fa3c31f75352f4950e79c96102e2dba1bdb2383c7bf4fecc","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-77-28c-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-77-28c-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
