{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-78a-11-114","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 78A-11-114","heading":"Annual reporting requirement to Legislature.","body":"(1) Before November 1 of each year, the commission shall report to the Judiciary Interim Committee on the following matters from the previous fiscal year:\n(a) the number of complaints received;\n(b) the number of complaints resolved;\n(c) a brief description of each of the commission's informal resolutions;\n(d) a brief description of each final order issued by the Supreme Court under Subsection 78A-11-105(1); and\n(e) the publication of an annual report of commission activities.\n(2) The commission may not include any personal identifying information regarding a judge in a report described in Subsection (1), except for information that is available in a final order issued by the Supreme Court under Subsection 78A-11-105(1).","path":["Title 78A Judiciary and Judicial Administration","Chapter 78A-11 Judicial Conduct Commission"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title78A/Chapter11/78A-11-S114.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"1ce100b6f48ec02e3e650eb0ce926ea18cc491d43bbd1c072f3b8df9aee1a2bf","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-78a-11-113","next":"us-ut/utah-code-78a-12-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
