{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-78b-21-123","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 78B-21-123","heading":"Final report of receiver -- Discharge.","body":"(1) On completion of a receiver's duties, the receiver shall file a final report including:\n(a) a description of the activities of the receiver in the conduct of the receivership;\n(b) a list of receivership property at the commencement of the receivership and any receivership property received during the receivership;\n(c) a list of disbursements, including payments to professionals engaged by the receiver;\n(d) a list of dispositions of receivership property;\n(e) a list of distributions made or proposed to be made from the receivership for creditor claims;\n(f) if not filed separately, a request for approval of the payment of fees and expenses of the receiver; and\n(g) any other information required by the court.\n(2) If the court approves a final report filed under Subsection (1) and the receiver distributes all receivership property, the receiver is discharged.","path":["Title 78B Judicial Code","Chapter 78B-21 Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title78B/Chapter21/78B-21-S123.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"af6574d1437a1a6609d52a6440588cf58f7ef60c34560206b0fe60cc3897c0f2","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-78b-21-122","next":"us-ut/utah-code-78b-21-124"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
