{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-79-1-103","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 79-1-103","heading":"Coordination council.","body":"(1) There is created a coordination council that consists of:\n(a) the executive director of the department;\n(b) the executive director of the Department of Environmental Quality;\n(c) the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Food;\n(d) the advisor of the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office; and\n(e) the director of the Office of Energy Development.\n(2) The coordination council shall:\n(a) rotate the position of chair among the members; and\n(b) meet at least monthly.\n(3) The coordination council shall discuss methods to enhance the coordination of regulation and services of the five entities.","path":["Title 79 Natural Resources","Chapter 79-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title79/Chapter1/79-1-S103.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"33a2e5550b932e4a860e09af049254bbc686a0094f3aee7f2eca1c3039204075","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-79-1-102","next":"us-ut/utah-code-79-1-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
