{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-79-2-606","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 79-2-606","heading":"Watershed Restoration Expendable Special Revenue Fund -- Creation -- Source of funds -- Use of funds.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"fund\" means the Watershed Restoration Expendable Special Revenue Fund created in Subsection (2).\n(2) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the \"Watershed Restoration Expendable Special Revenue Fund.\"\n(3) The fund consists of:\n(a) gifts, grants, donations, contributions, or any other conveyance of money that may be made to the fund from public or private sources; and\n(b) interest and earnings on fund money.\n(4) The state treasurer shall:\n(a) invest money in the fund in accordance with the Title 51, Chapter 7, State Money Management Act; and\n(b) deposit interest and earnings derived from investing fund money into the fund.\n(5) The director may only use fund money for a watershed restoration project designated or approved by the donor.","path":["Title 79 Natural Resources","Chapter 79-2 Department of Natural Resources","Part 79-2-6 Watershed Restoration Initiative"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title79/Chapter2/79-2-S606.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"bce0275dcca3379d835d2986e31712c66f4538a83a9019f8f7adfebdadef3b88","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-79-2-605","next":"us-ut/utah-code-79-2-701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
