{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-79-4-403","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 79-4-403","heading":"Golf revenue -- Wasatch Mountain, Palisade, and Green River State Parks.","body":"(1) The following charges are assessed in the following parks for playing nine holes of golf:\n(a) 30% of the revenue at Wasatch Mountain State Park;\n(b) 30% of the revenue at Palisade State Park; and\n(c) 30% of the revenue at Green River State Park.\n(2) A charge in Subsection (1) is:\n(a) in addition to a charge set by the division; and\n(b) to be used at the park where the money is collected for:\n(i) the upgrade or development of facilities; or\n(ii) the purchase of golf course operation and maintenance equipment and operating supplies or materials.","path":["Title 79 Natural Resources","Chapter 79-4 State Parks","Part 79-4-4 Finances"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title79/Chapter4/79-4-S403.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"43ae73b93dabd9ccc52bbe86dd8772746b7363030f96796fd50813ecc5624f8b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-79-4-402","next":"us-ut/utah-code-79-4-601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
