{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-79-4-901","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 79-4-901","heading":"Pioneer heritage of Utah -- Acquisitions and operations by division.","body":"(1) The division may acquire, construct, maintain, and operate any land areas, objects, or structures as necessary to preserve, protect, display, and enhance any gifts and other historical objects or collections donated, loaned, or otherwise acquired that appropriately contribute to the pioneer heritage of Utah.\n(2) To accomplish Subsection (1), the division may directly or through others, by purchase, contract, lease, permit, donation, or otherwise, secure all real or personal property, rights-of-way, approach roads, parking and other areas, structures, facilities, and services that the division may consider necessary or desirable to contribute to the pioneer heritage of Utah.","path":["Title 79 Natural Resources","Chapter 79-4 State Parks","Part 79-4-9 Pioneer Heritage"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title79/Chapter4/79-4-S901.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"ec406d212dfa9e4c0ae92be9873727304cae48e6f0d472f0bb219da5eb729f26","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-79-4-801","next":"us-ut/utah-code-79-4-1001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
