{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-79-6-1105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 79-6-1105","heading":"Electrical Energy Development Investment Fund.","body":"(1) There is created a special revenue fund known as the \"Electrical Energy Development Investment Fund.\"\n(2) The fund consists of:\n(a) property tax differential revenue collected under Section 79-6-1104;\n(b) revenue from the radioactive waste facility expansion tax collected under Section 59-24-103.8; and\n(c) revenue from a tax on new generators of radioactive waste as described in Subsection 59-24-103.5(3).\n(3) The council shall:\n(a) administer the fund; and\n(b) use fund money only as authorized under Section 79-6-1106.","path":["Title 79 Natural Resources","Chapter 79-6 Utah Energy Act","Part 79-6-11 Utah Energy Council"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title79/Chapter6/79-6-S1105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"d043b8500f6d0f80e1bf78367d653296776c75b175be2a983d30a1c305ca8b80","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-79-6-1104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-79-6-1106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
