{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-79-7-204","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 79-7-204","heading":"Division authorized to enter into contracts and agreements.","body":"(1) The division, with the approval of the executive director and the governor, may enter into contracts and agreements with the United States, a United States agency, any other department or agency of the state, semipublic organizations, and with private individuals to:\n(a) provide, improve , maintain , or coordinate motorized and nonmotorized recreation within the state; and\n(b) secure labor, quarters, materials, services, or facilities according to procedures established by the Division of Finance.\n(2) A department, agency, officer, or employee of the state shall give to the division the consultation and assistance that the division may reasonably request.","path":["Title 79 Natural Resources","Chapter 79-7 Outdoor Recreation Act","Part 79-7-2 Division Creation and Administration"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title79/Chapter7/79-7-S204.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"6a053a64498c9ba04d95ff69446201bc2ea5c4ba3f6d24825d000fdb694fa3bf","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-79-7-203","next":"us-ut/utah-code-79-7-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
