{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-80-6-906","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 80-6-906","heading":"Fees.","body":"(1)\n(a) A youth court may require that a minor pay a reasonable fee, not to exceed $50, to participate in the youth court.\n(b) A fee under Subsection (1) may be reduced or waived by the youth court in exigent circumstances.\n(c) A fee under Subsection (1) shall be paid to and accounted for by the sponsoring entity.\n(d) Any fees collected shall be used for supplies and any training requirements.\n(2) A minor who participates in youth court is responsible for the all expenses of any classes, counseling, treatment, or other educational programs that are the disposition of the youth court.","path":["Title 80 Utah Juvenile Code","Chapter 80-6 Juvenile Justice","Part 80-6-9 Youth Court"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title80/Chapter6/80-6-S906.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"269a8ff42c49b9edd746a27c3f989116caa311dad5f5250d2f231e73dbbc8ccb","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-80-6-905","next":"us-ut/utah-code-80-6-907"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
