{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-81-6-110","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 81-6-110","heading":"County attorney to assist obligee.","body":"(1) The county attorney's office shall provide assistance to an obligee desiring to proceed under this part in the following manner:\n(a) provide forms, approved by the Judicial Council, for an order of wage assignment if the obligee is not represented by legal counsel;\n(b) inform the obligee of the right to file indigently if the obligee is unable to bear the expenses of the action and assist the obligee with such filing;\n(c) advise the obligee of the available methods for service of process; and\n(d) assist the obligee in expeditiously scheduling a hearing before the court.\n(2) The county attorney's office may charge a fee not to exceed $25 for providing assistance to an obligee under Subsection (1).","path":["Title 81 Utah Domestic Relations Code","Chapter 81-6 Child Support","Part 81-6-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title81/Chapter6/81-6-S110.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"b0ca7fab3b4b328f3ca7544721f92cc07f77a8997121b4acf20794855141e984","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-81-6-109","next":"us-ut/utah-code-81-6-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
