{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-9-22-108","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 9-22-108","heading":"Distribution of STEM education instructional technology to schools.","body":"(1) Subject to legislative appropriations, on behalf of the STEM board, the staff of the STEM board and the staff of the State Board of Education shall collaborate and shall:\n(a) distribute STEM education related instructional technology described in Section 9-22-107 to school districts and charter schools; and\n(b) provide related professional development to the school districts and charter schools that receive STEM education related instructional technology.\n(2) A school district or charter school may apply to the STEM board, through a competitive process, to receive STEM education related instructional technology from the STEM board.\n(3) A school district or charter school that receives STEM education related instructional technology as described in this section shall provide the school district's or charter school's own computer hardware.","path":["Title 9 Cultural and Community Engagement","Chapter 9-22 Stem Action Center","Part 9-22-1 Stem Action Center"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title9/Chapter22/9-22-S108.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9bf986c8fef251f9cb74508873c4742da91e8b15131142d019d00c8b87dc9cd5","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-9-22-107","next":"us-ut/utah-code-9-22-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
