However, the horse or horses shall start and complete the course before a winner is determined, but for wagering purposes, the stewards shall declare the race \"no contest.\" For a walkover in a steeplechase race, the horse or horses shall report to the starter and gallop across the finish line, but they shall not be required to complete the course.","path":["Title 11.
