If there is a problem in the transmission of data or the simulcast signal between the racetrack and the satellite facility, it shall be within the discretion of the stewards to:\n\n1. Order the race to be run on schedule;\n\n2. Delay the race until the matter is resolved, if this is possible; or\n\n3. After having delayed the race, if problem is not resolved and further delay is not possible, order the race to be run.\n\nB. If a race is run before the resolution of a problem in the transmission of data or signal between the racetrack and the satellite facility, the stewards shall cause an announcement to be made that any pari-mutuel ticket issued before the running of the race is a valid ticket regardless of the nontransmission of data or the signal.","path":["Title 11.
