The commission shall have all of the rights, powers and remedies provided for in the Act to ensure compliance with these regulations, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief and the imposition of fines and suspensions.\n\nB. Additionally, with respect to any entity that engages in account wagering in Virginia without a license issued by the commission, the commission may take such measures as it deems necessary, including referral to the appropriate regulatory and law-enforcement authorities for civil action or criminal prosecution.","path":["Title 11.
