A mutuel clerk shall sell and cash valid pari-mutuel tickets under the supervision of the mutuel manager and report any unusual patterns in the wagering to the mutuel manager. The person shall submit an application for a permit, meet all of the requirements set forth in this chapter pertaining to holders of permits, and his participation shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.","path":["Title 11.
