An administrative employee shall be considered any person employed in the administrative offices of the licensee who is not specifically mentioned elsewhere in this chapter. A person shall submit an application for the appropriate permit, meet all of the requirements set forth in this chapter pertaining to holders of permits, and his participation shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.","path":["Title 11.
