A plant employee shall be considered as any person employed in maintenance and repair of structure, grounds, or racing surface of the facility. A person shall submit an application for the appropriate permit, meet all of the requirements set forth in this chapter pertaining to holders of permits, and his participation shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.","path":["Title 11.
