A request for a commission review must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of the order being contested by the holder of or applicant for a permit, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;\n\n2. A request for a commission review must be delivered by certified mail or by hand and will be timely only if received at the general business office of the commission by 5 p.m. on or before the date prescribed;\n\n3. Delivery to other than the general business office of the commission or to other commission personnel is not effective; and\n\n4. The applicant for or holder of a permit assumes full responsibility for the method chosen to file a request for a commission review.","path":["Title 11. Gaming","Agency 10.
