This device  identifier shall be affixed to the exterior of the electronic gaming device and shall include the following information:\n\n1. The manufacturer name;\n\n2. A unique serial number;\n\n3. The electronic gaming device model number;\n\n4. The date of manufacture; and\n\n5. Any other information required by the department.","path":["Title 11. Gaming","Agency 20.
