The premises include the licensed location where lottery tickets are sold or any other location under the control of the licensed retailer where the director may have good cause to believe lottery materials, equipment, or tickets are stored or kept in order to inspect the licensed premises and inspect, or if necessary remove lottery materials, equipment, or tickets.","path":["Title 11.
