Drawings shall be conducted at times and places designated by the director and publicly announced by the agency.\n\nB. Retailers may sell tickets from new scratch games upon receipt of the tickets from the agency, but shall not sell tickets for an instant ticket game after the announced end of that game.\n\nC. Retailers may sell computer-generated tickets up to a designated time prior to the drawing as specified in the computer-generated game rules.
