This exclusion does not apply to Medicaid-eligible individuals who are enrolled in the Family Planning Waiver described in 12VAC30-135-10 through 12VAC30-135-40, or those determined eligible as a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB). Individuals determined eligible for Medicare coverage as a QMB may be determined eligible for SLH program benefits for the months prior to their enrollment for services as a QMB.","path":["Title 12.
