SLH appeals will follow the procedures established by Medicaid for client appeals. Exhaustion of appropriated funds in a given locality for payment of SLH services is not an appealable issue. Funds allocated for one fiscal year shall not be used to pay for provider claims in another fiscal year.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 30.
