Assignment of chores, that are paid or unpaid work assignments, shall be in accordance with the age, health, ability, and service plan of the resident.\n\nB. Chores shall not interfere with school programs, study periods, meals, or sleep.\n\nC. Work assignments or employment outside the facility, including reasonable rates of pay, shall be approved by the program director with the knowledge and consent of the legal guardian.\n\nD. In both work assignments and employment, the program director shall evaluate the appropriateness of the work and the fairness of the pay.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 35.
