The provider's policy regarding admission shall at a minimum require the child or adolescent to:\n\n1. Meet diagnostic criteria for a substance use disorder or addictive disorder of moderate to high severity as defined by the DSM; and\n\n2. Meet the admission criteria of Level 3.1 of ASAM, including the specific criteria of adolescent populations.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 35.
