The facility shall develop and execute a written agreement authorizing the resident's placement, signed by a facility representative and the parent, legal guardian, or placing agency.\n\nB. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A of this section, a facility that accepts an admission upon receipt of the order of a court of competent jurisdiction shall place a copy of the court order in the resident’s record.","path":["Title 12.
