All fees collected shall be deposited and held by the department in a separate fund, from which shall be paid all expenditures necessary in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.\n\nThe board shall review the fees being charged for the services delivered by the department pursuant to Article 7 (§ 32.1-212 et seq.) of Chapter 6 of Title 32.1 as such services and fees were in effect prior to July 1, 2003, and shall revise such fees, as appropriate, consistent with the level of services required by this chapter.\n\nThe fee schedule established by the board is as follows:\n\nVendor Description:\n\nAnnual Fee:\n\nManufacturer of bedding\n\n$100\n\nManufacturer of upholstered furniture\n\n$100\n\nRenovator (bedding)\n\n$25\n\nReupholsterer\n\n$25\n\nSupply dealer\n\n$25\n\nImporter\n\n$100\n\nSanitizer\n\n$60\n\nDistributor/wholesaler\n\n$100","path":["Title 12.
