{"data":{"id":"us-va/12vac5-191-70","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"12VAC5-191-70","heading":"Financial requirements","body":"For those program services and assistance requiring financial eligibility, the determination shall be conducted in accordance with the State Board of Health Regulations Governing Eligibility Standards and Charges for Health Care Services to Individuals, 12VAC5-200, and its guidance documents that are currently in effect.\n\nApplicants who are eligible for financial assistance under this plan must demonstrate that they are not eligible for other available state and federal medical assistance programs. An application for such state or federal assistance programs must be completed and a denial of eligibility received in order to qualify for financial assistance under this plan. The Children with Special Health Care Needs Program may limit financial assistance until the appropriate applications for the medical assistance programs have been processed for acceptance or denial.","path":["Title 12.
