Charges for services and goods will be determined by the contract. If a patient copayment is required in the contract, the patient shall pay the full copayment to the department, district, or local health department regardless of the patient's income status. The patient shall not be required to pay if state or federal law precludes a copayment.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5. Department of Health","Chapter 200.
