{"data":{"id":"us-va/12vac5-220-155","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"12VAC5-220-155","heading":"Requirements for the reporting of charity care","body":"Every medical care facility subject to the requirements of Article 1.1 (§ 32.1-102.1 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 32.1 of the Code of Virginia, other than a nursing home, that is not a medical care facility for which a certificate with conditions imposed pursuant to § 32.1-102.4 F of the Code of Virginia has been issued and that provides charity care, as defined in § 32.1-102.1 of the Code of Virginia, shall annually report to the commissioner the amount of charity care provided.","path":["Title 12.
